Del 9 al 12 de febrero el doctor Moncada estuvo en Baghdad en el 5º congreso de la Arab Asociation of Urology que se celebraba en esta ciudad. En esta ocasión el doctor impartió varias conferencias:

- «Shock wave therapy for erectile dysfuntion»
- «Managment of priapism»
